how to dub long videos

Any suggestions on how to dub videos that are over an hour long? My YouTube channel has many instructional videos that need to be dubbed into Spanish. In Creator it limits size to 15 min. For $22.00 a month it seems it should be able to do more. Doesn't seem worth it.

Dubbing is somewhat expensive, significantly more than text to speech especially if you choose to disable the watermark or enable dubbing studio.

If you scroll down the pricing page you'll see the minutes of dubbing your monthly credits included with the Creator plan would be equivalent to. Here is a screenshot.
