I have to ask are you sure you were logging in using the same e-mail address registered with your ElevenLabs account? If so can you make sure you don't have any e-mails from ElevenLabs, particularly any saying the e-mail address on your account was changed.

Can you please confirm you have received no e-mail from ElevenLabs saying your account e-mail was changed?
I'm mainly just trying to determine if there is a chance your account could have been compromised and whoever gained access changed the e-mail address, as that is the main way something like this can happen.
In either case you will need to create a support ticket at https://help.elevenlabs.io/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=13145996177937 so the support team can investigate.
