If you request to cancel on the Subscription web page you're account will be set to cancel at the end of the monthly cycle. However, our payment processor (stripe) does not allow you to remove the primary payment method until the subscription gets cancelled (when the monthly cycle ends and you get downgraded back to the free plan).
