@main jetty Hey so I bought eleven labs on the 29 of June and it supposed to cancel at 29 July , I didn't know u had to cancel it on ur own before the due date only to find out my eleven labs is still running and I will be paying for another month why is that

Hey! The reason for it is that you did not cancel before the renewal. If you reach out to support, they might be able to help you after looking into your case. Usually, they are very helpful if you tell them what happened, I'm sure they will help you out.
