I purchased the subscription I wanted to generate voices but after 3 characters it started saying it can't generate further voices because I violated terms even tho I haven't reached my quota of the month I still left out with 98,000 characters. And 27 Voices. It did said it will give me refund but I haven't recieved till yet. Also why do I have to get refund when I purchased it for a "REASON" and clearly the staffs & the team ain't helping that out.

The prompt in the screenshot should only appear when you attempt to generate speech from text that contains some banned words or phrases. The partial refund will only be for that specific generation, not for your whole subscription. This warning shouldn't prevent you from generating in the future, as long as you remove the offending text.

Do you have a list of banned words or phrases? I didn't see anything in the TOS.
