I don't have a ticket ID even. I'm emailing them because I have CREATOR account but no access to Instant oice Cloning which is supposed to be part of the options when you have CREATOR. The month of trying this out is wasted now because no one is getting back to me. @carmine rain

Once you submit a request you should immediately get an automatic mail but if you aren't getting the ticket ID then you might be doing something wrong
