So you have an Enterprise account right?
Are you sure you are using the exact account to call the API from that created the STT?
Enterprise accounts are not connected in the "data base", just on the billing and support side of things.
So if Person Y created the STT and then Person X is trying to get the data for that STT generation it will not work.
