Undue charge on credit card

I can't remove my 5 dollar subscription

I don't have access to the account because I lost my password, so charges keep coming to my card

I had subscribed for 5 dollars but out of nowhere a notification arrived on my card deducting 100 dollars

and I did not in any way authorize this charge for 100 dollars, I request the refund of this extra amount that is being charged to me, I never did nor authorized the 100 dollar plan, only the 5 dollar plan

I'm waiting for contact from the support team as I want to resolve it amicably.

Unfortunately this is not something we can assist with here. Discord Moderators don’t have access to accounts so can’t investigate billing issues.

Can you not reset the password or did you lose email access as well?
