At the moment, it is not possible to use any subtitle files, such as SRT or SBV, to generate speech that fits a specific time frame. The closest solution available at the moment is dubbing, which will attempt to do this automatically by cloning the original voice, transcribing and translating the text, and retaining the original performance.

However, the feature to get a time-stamped transcript of the audio output is currently being worked on and will be available on the API before it is available on the platform. Please note that these updates were made 6 and 10 months ago respectively, so there might be changes or improvements since then.
