Adobe Audition, basically a fancier version of the free program, Audacity. 🙂

Is that speech to speech? what are your other settings?

This track for my commercial I did text to speech. I did all the speaking in TTS, I think using Erin. Did the typewriter and carriage return bell in the SFX side. Then I just evened out the volumes and pauses and such, added some Foley sounds and background music that I had licensed already in adobe audition 🙂 thank you!
