Unfortunately Discord moderators don’t have access to anything. Can you be more specific as to the problem? You can’t even log into the website or just API generations aren’t working?

This means the API key being used is tied to a free plan. Either you are using the wrong API key and the grant characters were added to a different account, or they haven’t been given yet. Do you know for sure you had them previously?

If you opened a support ticket I’m not sure they would be able to help you directly since they aren’t really involved in the grants. Maybe they could forward your message though.

@azure jackal could assist but I’ve not seen her on Discord for awhile. I’m tagging her in case she sees this tomorrow. Unfortunately nothing can be done tonight as the team is based in Europe and they aren’t around this late.
