So ive been trying over 2 days and elevenlabs is not letting me sign up with a new account. When im entering the new gmail account and password its just loading endless and not creating a new account . Whats the solution for this?

Would it be possible to provide some more information? Browser? OS? Does it happen on all browsers and devices? Do you get an error or just infinite spinning? Do you have to solve the captcha first and then it just spins?

OK so this happens to me in all the devices + browser , my lap,my phone also In Google , brave. I don't get any errors, like you're saying I don't get to solve captcha when I'm typing my email address it auto ticks ✅️ and then when I press sign up it just spins infinitely

I even tried different internet connections like wifi and Hotspot both doesn't work

It is very odd that it happens on all your devices. Do you have a VPN or something similar?

Have you tried it in another location altogether? Have you tried it on your phone with the wifi turned off and just use cellular network? Or is that what you mean by hotspot?

Yaya even in phone I tried with both cellular and wifi still didn't work

Very odd. Usually changing browser or device solves this. I will forward it. If there is anything else you can add, please let me know.

Hey! Sorry, I don't understand. So you have an account, why are you trying to sign up? You said login works perfectly?

You should've gotten an error however not just infinite spinning, but might be worth looking into the email.

No actually it's a temp mail

It's just whenever I come into the sign up page the captcha tick mark ticks ups itself yep even before entering the email id

I actually even tried typing using a real mail and nope no use still not working bcz the captcha already fills itself

Could be the fact that it is a temp email. We generally don't allow those for farily obvious reasons, again, you should probably have gotten an error for that however.

No I'm really sure I didn't get any error I also tried signing up with a real email Id still didn't work like I said the captcha just ticks itself right when I enter the sign up page and then even when I enter the email and password details and click on sign up loads endlessly
