Just because one chapter is missing, you won't lose any characters because it won't convert what is not there. I would recommend adding a new chapter manually and copy pasting the text and see if that works.

Yes, I will lose characters. I can't use the book if that chapter is not there. I'm down to the last three chapters. But if one chapter is missing, it's all for nothing. I went to add manually but it said there was a 200-character limit. Also, I did the voices for the chapter. It's there, it's not showing up. This is an error on the part of 11 labs. The chapter will convert. It is there, I just can't click on it now. I know it's there because I remember doing the voices for that chapter.
Also, I clearly state in my original post that the chapter is there. This is a bug on the part of 11 labs. That should be the focus. It needs to be fixed. The only answer I see to my question is telling me how to download. That's not what I asked and that doesn't help me. I did the voices for that chapter. It is there. There is a bug in 11 labs. I can no longer click on a chapter that I know is there.

You can't play it directly in Projects either? It sounds like you can based on this "Also, I did the voices for the chapter". Could you please elaborate and provide a bit more detail about the issue? Preferably some screenshots so we can see what you see.

Ok. I'll try to grab some screenshots. I do my voices first, then I do a read-through to make sure I got everything right. When I first did it, I did the voices for that chapter. I remember that. But just to make sure, I checked the epub, making sure chapter 19 was there. It was. This is an already published book. It stays stuck on chapter 18. When I click chapter 19, it goes to chapter 18. I know chapter 19 is there because I did the voices for it and I checked the epub. I'm at a loss as to what to do. As of now, the entire project is on hold. But chapter 19 is one of the last three chapters. It's almost done.

It could probably be fixed by redoing the chapter (adding a new chapter, copy-pasting the text, and doing the changes again), but I'm afraid that if we fix it, the team will not be able to troubleshoot it.
Do you download these chapters individually? If it is an audiobook, I'm guessing you do. Then perhaps, you could redo the chapter in a new project with only that chapter in it.
