Instant Voice Cloning and Speech-To-Speech API

Hi, I have a couple questions about the service: How many voices can I clone using the "Access to Instant Voice Cloning" in the Starter package, and also, is there a way to access the Speech-To-Speech service programmatically? I can't find that in the API docs

1. The number of voice clones you can have is stipulated on the subscription page in the card for each subscription. The limit of voice operations per plan can be found in the FAQ below the voice cards.
2. Yes, absolutely! You should be able to find it in the documentation here: https://elevenlabs.io/docs/api-reference/text-to-speech

Does that mean I get 10 custom voices, regardless of whether they are generated using Voice Design, Voice Library or Instant Voice Cloning?

I'm very sorry to keep bothering you, I have read the API documentation but I can't find the section about S-T-S. I am able to access it manually at https://elevenlabs.io/speech-synthesis?task=speech-to-speech, but I can't find it in the docs.
