I am not using any vpn
When I signed up in the website,I got a mail to verify my account
The link opened in an another browser
That's why my account got flagged
It's not about using VPN..please remove it from my account,so that I can use it..

Hello, verification link opening in another browser wouldn't cause your account to get flagged. Mainly this occurs when multiple free accounts have used the same IP address. Unfortunately this occurs when using shared IP addresses (especially common if using mobile internet service), doesn't need to be a VPN. ElevenLabs does not remove IP blocks, but usually your account isn't actually flagged.

Then someone else has used ElevenLabs on the same IP address you are connecting with.
