Hi 11labs support,

Currently, the platform that My team is working on is using 11labs API as our AI solutions. With the demand growing, we’ve found that the subscription plan is not suitable for our business. Hence, we would like to know more about the enterprise plan.

The issue here is we have used all the 160 custom voices in Independent Plan. But we feel that our needs in Growing Business plan still does not meet yet. Hence, currently the user could not create any custom voice. Or is there anything we can do other than upgrading plan?

Hello,

At the moment, there's unfortunately nothing you can do other than upgrade. There's no way to get a custom plan on the public plans. How many voice slots would you say that you might need?

Hence, I conclude that we must upgrade to the Enterprise?

I'd like to understand more, as we have used all the 160 custom voices, can we remove and get the allocation again?
