i am also in this boat of wanting 20 to 30 million characters a month, ive been talking to mods, emailed their contact team and trying to get in contact with them on linked in but still havent heard anything back yet. J. and Vanshied (mods) are trying to get me in contact with them

If nobody responded it most likely means our Enterprise slots are taken up for that specific package, we have a waiting list and try to get to each fast as possible however you'll probably be entered into a queue until one of them is available for your needs.
