When the payment failed last month, did you get any more quota? I've seen people's payments fail but they still get the quota. I would assume that if something like this happens, the next time someone pays, that money goes towards the already overdue payments.
I can't say for certain, that's why I tagged balsam so he can put the right person on the ticket. Have you filled out a support form or sent an email?

I'm sorry, we can't. It's odd. Did you try paying the outstanding invoice of $22 from 38 days ago? I'm not sure, but I have a feeling that might be the problem. Since it says "paid" on the other transactions, I would assume those have gone through and you will be charged for those.

I am not sure, and I think it depends. Since it says overdue, it sounds like you already got the quota but the payment never went through. Overdue usually means you got what you paid for but the company hasn't gotten their money yet. But I can't be certain in this case.
You didn't get any characters during March, correct?

Without having access to the internal systems, I can't do much for you, sorry. The best would be to wait for a response from the team via email or a ticket. It also makes it harder since you won't get your statement until next month so we don't even know if the funds were deducted or not.
