The venue isn't that “bad”, it's the promoter in Colombia who has a bad reputation, they do improvised things, they have canceled shows of different artists in the past because they didn't do the paperwork on time, and that's why they lose the public's trust 🙁

And this is really messed up. Think about it: next week there's another concert there, where everyone has already bought their tickets. The artist Guns and Roses is already committed, and at this point, we don't know how the permits are going with their concert, just like Kendrick before. That's why we've been calling the attention of the promoter Páramo to not do things improvisedly.

Not much, I've only been there once, and that was by Uber. From what I've seen, it's a more residential neighborhood, and if you get there early, you should be able to find a spot on the street, but I don't know about flanelinhas or the 'Estar" that has to be renewed every hour or so.
There may also be closed parking lots nearby, but I don't know of any or how much they charge in a big event.

You need an active LPU Passport Plus (or legacy) membership and you have to register online for early entry to get a spot in the queue.
And you can’t bring your friends or family. They have to register, too, and get their own queue number.

This is only for early entry. If you enter normally, you just need your ticket. No membership required.

As long as you sign up and get your queue number in line, the line length shouldn’t matter too much, because you already reserve your place in line by signing up and on the day of the show, as long as you arrive in time for early entry, you will all be lined up by your queue number to enter the pit(s)! It’s a mix and mess, but it has been raining quite a bit lately. It’s usually cold, especially at night, so I’d recommend taking a good jacket, preferably waterproof, also an umbrella if possible. You never know with the weather here, honestly. It can be sunny and hot one moment and 10 minutes later it’s pouring and freezing

Usually, it’s cold in the mornings, warms up a bit around noon and drops in the afternoon
Don’t trust it though, it can switch around at any moment so be ready for that

The layout seems similar as in Europe and with that number, first row was unlikely.
However there will be gaps in the queue as people sign up with the wrong ticket or can’t attend for some reason.
I guess you will be around row 2 or 3, which is still super close. I had a spot like that in Düsseldorf and still got a selfie with Colin

Always remember: no matter where you are in the pit, there are literally tens of thousands of people that are further away than you 😄

Your queue number is your number in line and the order you enter the pit in! You’ll receive an email from LPU soon before the show with arrival times and where to go! When you get there you show your QR and get your wristband with your queue number on it, before entering the pit you all line up by number. Early entry usually has happened 30 minutes before doors opened !

Unfortunately yes, the site had issues at first, but this was the same case for everyone. Everyone had the same issue and was able to register after waiting a few minutes. Sorry if you weren’t able to get early entry because of this, it just happens. If you are able, you should continue to check the site as it’s possible spots could open up eventually if anyone gives up their spot 😸

Yeah, me too. The problem here, is that the LPU platform didn't inform or communicate these issues, or that the access request would be made later, at 11:30 for example. The message was incorrect, stating that it wasn't an event enabled for early access. From then on, everything went wrong. It's unfair to those of us who were there on time.

hey guys,does someone know the venue are gonna be same as on map or no?cause i was on concert in brazil and first day was different from the map and second was the same,my friends got tickets for pit for the first day and they were far even on the barricade,in front of them was lpu pit,and i was next to the scene but i got the same tickets for the second day

in argentina it shows that lpu pits will be on the sides,and i got the pit so looks like i will be able to be close as in brazil but im afraid that they can make the same thing as in brazil and put the lpu pit in front of the main pit and not how it’s on the map

São Paulo map will be like this, 'cos they sold 5x more Pit tickets than main GA standing. It's not about exclusivity (VIP type), but putting everyone to pay even more expensive tickets for what used to be regular sections 🫠

Not a real window. Line out of the concert was since 6 AM. We started entering at 4 PM. By that time there were already 1500+ people on line, so you had to ensure your position at the field. It took like 1 hour+ to finally enter and by that time behind you there were other thousand people already. In South America it is like this, people even do the line days before to ensure the position in the field, so if there's some EXCLUSIVE LPU merch, I think it actually should give some window at the end of the show for the people who is LPU, if not then what's the purpose of the 25$ membership? I could have done the line then only by buying on LPU field without being an actual member of LPU, they were not requesting any QR as I said. When I asked about that to the people in there, they answered "Which QR?"

Yes I think she wasn't affiliated, though, she was in the tend of the merch, selling. About neighboring fans helping hold spots, that wasn't the problem, the problem was to return back to that spot! My friend couldn't reach me because people behind me didn't let him pass to enjoy the concert with me, for example, also for a woman who was closer to the scenario than me, she went to buy a drink and to return to her husband she took a long time because people didn't let her pass, and she was with the drinks seller trying to achieve her husband! These are 2 clear examples to explain you how hard - almost impossible it is to go to the tend in that window of time, before and during the concert. But I think the main problem was that the people in the tend were selling merch to anyone in PIT and Field, instead of only LPU members. If they were selling to LPU then the girl would have said something like "oh the QR was until 8:50"

we had TONS of issues getting in the the argentinian site..., the parking didn't work and we were stuck for over 1 hour waiting outisde, we missed a lot

we had the same experience! we had EE and had purchased parking tickets from the company organising ticket sales (DF Entertainment). It was announced that we had to be there for the EE from 14:30 and BEFORE 16, suggesting that we should arrive at least from 15 onwards to facilitate entry. However, we arrived around 15:30 to gate 4 (parking) and they did not want to allow us to enter because it "opened at 16". Of course, we insisted that it made no sense to sell parking with that start time if they knew that many of us would need to be there earlier. After insisting, another member of the organising company allowed us to pass and we were made to park at the back of the premises. As we knew the area, we asked how to get to our gate (gate 9), which was a few metres away but fenced off. We were told that they could not let us through and that we would have to go all the way around the premises. It made no sense, but we were afraid we would be late for the EE so we had to run all the way back. The staff did not know what to do and kept asking to other members.
We were lucky things were delayed so we got just fine to EE, but it was really stressfull since the place was clearly not organized well. Once in the EE queue it was fine, and LPU staff and security were very kind and helpful.

You check in to get the wristband with the number from your LPU account. Then you enter the stadium grounds and get told where and when to form the queue.

I'm late but at least for Pit 1 where I was, we were ordered multiple times by our queue numbers. Maybe by the end it got a bit difficult considering there were no clear lines when entering the Pit and I suspect some people weren't respecting their numbers.
In terms of entering the pit itself, at first it was 1 by 1 but then they opened up another slot so depending on how long it took the guards to check your ticket other people could get ahead. And yes, we were running as soon as we got our tickets checked there just to get a good spot. I was 60 something and ended up near the front corner on 2nd line.
