i totally see all your points! i work in the industry and it’s frustrating to us as well that live events are becoming more of a privilege rather than something accessible to everyone. there are so many things at play and sometimes artists can only do so much esp if the promoters already have contracts w venues/ticketing agencies in place. all shade to tm and l*venation as always because they’re truly ruining it for so many people, including ppl working behind the scenes but unfortunately that’s just post covid and capitalistic environment for you. tm couldn’t care less about fan perspective they’re all in it for money and generally not nice people to deal with.
with that being said i do hope things change but unfortunately (due to inflation also) this will be our new normal for a long time.

This is actually the case with Ticketmaster in every country. In Germany, you will see a number under the QR code of your floor ticket. You just won't see it during the order or in the order confirmation. Every ticket has a unique ID.

Reading the discourse above, I have a tip to share : having nothing available the second it's your turn doesn't mean it's over for you. You have a time window to buy anything. I had tickets to big events like this multiple times by refreshing the window multiples times, sometimes even over an hour. It happens that some tickets are getting available again because XYZ. Sometimes spamming your way can get you the tickets

I think it's probably because so many people are trying to buy the same batches of tickets, you might get some lucky lose ones
