No, HVV is the local transport network in Hamburg. So it will most likely cover the whole network or at least the whole city.
Once you generated the ticket, there will probably noted the zones somewhere. I didn’t generate one because I have a ticket for all local public transport in Germany anyway

I only have a letter confirming the validity of my ID and its expiration date, but for automatic verification, that's not enough. They require an ID with a valid expiration date on it. So, I don’t think it’ll work anywhere. Klarna said they only support automatic software verification, with no manual processing. Revolut agreed to process my verification manually, but they’re currently facing technical issues
