the isle evrima server working but cannot join it

ive setup a server on the isle and it shows up ingame but it doesnt let me play on it or get into it, any clue how i can fix this? and do i also need to setup my ftp client for it to work?

I can only guess right now. I'm not on my pc at the moment. And I am not familiar with the game itself. I can only imagine, that something is either wrong with the server - so you could try to either verify the game files for the server on the status page and/or do a factory reset from there (which deletes everything including possible savegames) - given that these options are there in the status section.
You can also try to verify your own game install if you're on steam.
If you have switched on a whitelist (if there's the option for this game, which I don't know) - try to switch it off and use a password instead.
If nothing of this was helpful, I suggest you open a ticket with support. 🙂

It's quite a learning curve for server hosting, I had to learn that myself and it wasn't that easy for me.

If there isn a specific section in the menu band for these things, write a ticket to support. 🙂

yea i realised that, i thought itll just be some buy the server then copy paste some commands from yt and thats it lmao
