So put in a ticket to see if there was anything gportal could do now they said something about changing our IP address.For our server, we told them to go ahead and ask if it was going to affect our server.They said, no, they proceeded now.We can't get back on our server and it's been five hours keep getting a failed to connected With a nuclear launch code

We normally just type in rusty dreamz and our server pops up our servers there , but no one can connect

The ip that has to be used to connect to the server to play on the server, has to be the one below the servers name on every page. The one from the status page that is listed under ftp access is used for other purposes and not to connect to the server to play on.

The problem is that we don't have access to the backend and no direct contact to support. Usually 1-3 hours response time, depending on the current ticket volume.
