Hi so i literally just bought the server for windrose but cant seem to connect to it i typed everything in correctly idky it says cant find the server

I tried typing the ip both ways

I have the same problem—the server won't start. I'm getting a "Network Timeout" error.

Are you still having issues getting on to the server?

Does it give you the error as soon as you go into the server dashboard?
Or is it only when you try to start the server that you get that error?

I contacted support and they replied that they are still experiencing hardware issues.

Strange, i have a server in Germany that runs fine

Yea both ways i tried doing it with the port and without and i tried to factory reset the server and still says server not found lol
