Soulmask shifting sands server

hello.
Thanks to Gportal, i always enjoy playing games.
First, my english is not good im so sorry.

my friends and i bought a server and have been playing shifting sands map since april 10th
and today we tried playing too

but its not work (Server connection failed)
so we tried backup data and factory reset.

so the server and our house is work.
but its spawn in new chacractor and can see my logged out original character.
i wanna login my original character.

how can we login our original character?

Hey 🙂 Our devs are currently working on the issue, it came up yesterday evening somehow. Can you pls send in a support ticket, so they are aware that your server is affected too? 🙂

hello, Someone has successfully accessed gpotal's soulmask DLC server and is playing the game.

today we tried backup data and factory reset again
But we still have a new character spawn.

how can we login our original character? 😭
