Best is to immediately change your password and set up 2fa.
Then contact support in a ticket and ask for a refund if the purchase hasn't really been done by yourself.

Unless there is something you see different
It looks like you've already been in contact with support.
If they say it's the hardware, it's the hardware. We'd have to wait until it gets fixed, unfortunately.
When it's done, you can ask for compensation, so days on top of your gamecloud if it's not done automatically.
