The server was hanging for a couple seconds each time one or twice a minute so I restarted it, something has broken during the restart and now the server does not load. I am stuck on the creating auto backup if necessary message.

I have tried returning to the main dashboard and restarting the server there as well as shutting it down (which the website says has succeeded), but returning to the game management window puts me straight back into the restart message. Trying to turn the server back on throws and error with status code 500

Yeah I am still getting those hiccups in the game. It's freezing every 10ish seconds for a couple seconds.

Honestly, this is the first time using Gportal and frankly it will be my last. The support ticket got answered with a copy paste oh just wait 20 minutes it'll fix itself
