I am not able to log into my account for over a week. I tried a password reset and nothing. I created a new account and started a new server and i have not been able to log into that server as well. I sent an email message and got a response from Mr Maintaince saying We'll pick up your ticket soon. This was yesterday morning and i am still not able to log in to any account. Please help!

ok i checked with support, your email is there, its just currently a lot tickets in so it takes way longer then usuall. But to fasten things up, you need to attach some verification to your email, maybe you can add another reply to your first, like so they can identify its you. paying method or something

so when they work on it they already have all information and dont need to ask you again

Support said they need a transaction number from you cause the screen you send is not enough sorry. Support will write you everything down as answer in the ticket shortly
