The latest Soulmask update is now live on Steam, and we know you’re eager to jump into the new DLC content. Our Operations team is currently testing the update on our systems to ensure full stability and compatibility.

for that I belive you need to get a second server and set up a cluster, and I am guessing that is going to be the same situation here that we are checking. only way to just switch maps is with a wipe and start again if you do not have the sluster set up.

that's how you set up a cluster, if you get a second server you can set it up as a client server and add the ip of your main, when you do that you set one up as misty forest and the other as shifting sands and you can move through either with your tribe like you would have done with ark

Question regarding settings. If I increased XP levels on my main server, do I also need to make those modifications on the DLC server? I'm assuming so, just wanted to make sure.

I have set up the Main and Client clusters, but the second server continues to fail start, but no indication as to why.

Ah yes, I saw that, but in the guide created by Soulmask, you need to define a port on the main server for the client server to access, and there's no information within gportal about what that port should be for the client. You enter IP:Port, but that port information isn't provided.

That's why your client server keeps crashing and displaying "failed" errors.

Probably just changed but I can enter port number in the ip:port format in that field (spelling)

Is there an easy way to tell when they are clustered properly outside of the settings? Somewhere in the game I can verify?

Support fixed the error for me I had the wrong port in the client server field for master server ip:port.

hey guys im on a server cluster and im trying to go to the other map but when i click to transfer my guy just sits down and nothing happens and im kind of just stuck there unless i relog
