Just wanted to bump that I'm also having this same issue after purchasing a Isle server today. Support factory reset the server and just had me set name and server password and the same issue continues. Their last reply was basically that "data acquisition failed" is a known issue that the fix is just spamming connect but after 10 minutes of that still getting nothing and now I'm just waiting to hear back from support again
