my server says it started but its not using any ram or cpu it also i cant load any of the settings for the sever or logs it was working fine earlier

Same here, it seems to be an internal problem with the GPortal server; it's impossible to connect or restart the server

@fossil yarrow @fast iron are your servers new or already exsisting? Have you been waiting a few seconds at the status page? Because it usually takes around 5 seconds to load and show server activity.
Go to basic settings and activate gameserverlogs. Then restart or start the server. If there's any crashstacks, feel free to post them here.
Also let me know with which system you connect (steam, epic etc), if you're using mods or not and one which game version you play. (Aquatica DLC or pre aquatica--> second setting in basic settings)

i have the same issue also with ark server. It wont let me into settings or logs. Settings wont load and logs/configuration files display error when trying to open: "Internal Server Error

I would like to apologize for this, the hardware your server's on is currently having some technical issues.

We've already forwarded this to our sysadmins, they'll look into the issue and will deploy a fix for it whenever possible.

Unfortunately I don't have an ETA as to when your server will be accessible again.

Please contact support again and let them know.
By the way, since this seems to be gportal fault your servers are down, it's absolutely fine to ask for some days extra on your gamecloud. Make sure to ask for them if not offered to you in a ticket.
