2x stack / loot / gather can all be selected in the basic settins under items.
For 1x Sulphur you can put this into the boot commands:
modifiers.setmodifier sulfur.ore gather "1"
Instant craft can also be selected under the basic settings.

Ok I will have a look into this when I’m home I’m it work atm the moment is all this done via the portal site ? And I just input the commands exactly how you have typed it above and start a new line for each new command

Yes all from the g-portal website. And indeed after every command in the boot command section you need to start a new line.

Hi, you have to choose an in-game name if you want it to be active on your server. Not all players have the same Discord name as their in-game name—or vice versa—but there are several bots that can be controlled via Discord. I highly recommend the free GPORTAL bot, Mr. Bandit.
