Can’t sign in to make a ticket

It’s asking me to authenticate when trying to sign in on my pc through my Xbox account so I can edit my rust server I don’t know what to do cause it won’t let me sign into g portal just using my email either

Yeah sorry I never responded they reset my password for me and let me change it thank you
