just restart the server trough the gportal site and than the server updates the artifacts

I’ve been on a ticket with them for a week and nothing has been done. They can’t seem to fix the issue or let us manually update the artifact ourselves. It would take me 3 min or less to fix the issue if we had the access
I’ve restarted the server 7 times this week and nothing has happened
normally it does that i can just say that if there is any server problem i can not say anything about it than just the official support can help you i am sorry for that
