My server updated to the newest version "2026.02.17-255364b8e" and now every time I log in, a message in bright red letters appears in chat:

**"One or more plugins are targetting a different server version. It is recommended to update these plugins to ensure compability". **
(The server works flawlessly otherwise)

At first I thought it was my own texture pack causing this, but even after removing it, the message still popped up.

I then checked the logs and found this:
[2026/02/17 17:07:07 WARN] [PluginManager] Plugin 'GPORTAL:Query' does not specify a target server version. You may encounter issues, please check for plugin updates. This will be a hard error in the future

I assume this is a plugin that Gportal itself has to update? 😅

I didn't find a fix yet, because it's definitely something Gportal has to fix on their side.

It's absolutely safe to play tho, the server works fine. It's just a cosmetic issue and the bright red warning in the chat kinda startles me every time I log in. 😄

oh okay, phew. got a bit nervous there for a sec, there is a guy in the g-portal team I'm messaging on their support site, but no fix yet
