so i put in a password, tried searching the server in unofficial password protected and it froze, then i tried adding it to favorites via game servers in steam and it doesn't appear in favorites, what do i do?

Please check if the client and server run the same version.

another issue i'm facing is the fact that i cannot use console commands

i forgot to make the difficulty offset higher so i have all level 30 dinosaurs in my world

I usually either add my steam64id under the admin access in the basic settings and just do it in the game, or activate the automated restarts and tie the forcedinowipe to it.

I honestly don't know how the console on the webinterface works, though.
You could activate an automated restart per day and activate the force dino wipe to that.
Or use the admin password for a one time use in the game and disable it again after use to not get tempted.

In the basic settings is an admin password preset already.

In the game you type: enablecheats [admin password]
