Yes I am tired of the support people for GPORTAL, they wont talk to me just becuz I do not have a server with them. With all the issues I have seen with there servers for Dune Awakening, I wouldnt rent a server from them to begin with, I am trying to get info about a server that is showing offline completely when all the public and other private servers are online but the server that I play on is showing as offline. The World is SANDVAULT and the sietch in it is Spice Haven. Since support wont talk to me then maybe someone will get off there butt and fix the stupid issues that is causing this server to not work when other gportal servers are working.

Looks like the server is not there anymore, is the server owner still playing, has he perhaps cancelled the server?
If any of those are the reasons, they legally cannot talk to you.
the server was there before it disconnected for the update 15mins earlier than it was supposed to go offline and has been this way since the server was offline, and yes the server has been paid for a year so he hasnt deleted it or anything
when the server went offline he was in bed sleeping or getting ready for work
I would not advise getting a server with them. Out of the 2 weeks I've had the server I've only been able to play a couple days. And instead of realizing it's there servers there blaming dune when it's clearly the majority of the problems are with there servers
I just want it online so I can transfer my character to another private server
I can do anything with mine currently either...at all forced restart done up dates yadda yadda but it's offline...but doesn't say it's offline ..
I understand it is frustrating when you can't access the world you play on, especially when other servers appear to be running fine.
To clarify how support functions: for security and privacy reasons, GPORTAL support can only discuss technical details or perform manual fixes for a specific server with the person who actually rents it. This is why they are unable to provide you with status updates or internal info regarding 'SANDVAULT.'
The only way to resolve this is for the server owner to log into their dashboard and either restart the server or open a support ticket. They are the only ones with the authority to request a fix for that specific account. Please reach out to the owner of the server so they can take the necessary steps to get it back online.
I understand that but almost 3/4 of the sietches arent showing on the main world, according to dunestatus, the whole sandvault world is offline, so how can someone restart something when the hosting world is offline.
i am not trying to talk to them about 1 sietch I am trying to talk to them about a whole world not working, it isnt even showing up in the game client so that is how I know the whole world is offline.
It's saying on line then you go in the drop down and it's off line. I can load into my siech but I can't do anything else

That was how mine was for 2 days with the update. I was able to play for a total of about 2 hours figuring in retarts because of getting kicked or not letting me load between maps. 3 months I've got this server. And it's my main character. Almost 1500 hours I'm going to end up losing because these people offer something there in capable of maintaining
You’re correct that if a world cluster is down, an individual server owner cannot simply 'restart' their way out of it. I will report the world server being down for you to GPORTAL.

Also looking at the version data on dunestatus, all other worlds are at 1830011, sandvault is showing it's version at 1828408 which means it didnt even update at all, so something else to let them know
I see that nothing has changed yet, been since patch update offline and still offline
Here it is after 5pm Est time and nothing has changed, gportal support is pathetic here, they can't even restart a world to get it back online in like 5 hours now, like I said there support is pathetic and as a company very unreliable. They can't work there own systems here to keep a world from going offline. Very bad customer service as I see it. If you are reading this, don't get a server from them, they aren't reliable as a company, just going to waste your money.
@ruby agate I have already reported the Sandvault outage to GPORTAL.
However, I need to be clear about how these systems work: a world being offline is not always a GPORTAL hardware issue. If the issue is with the game developer’s backend for example, GPORTAL has to wait for them to provide a fix before the world can be brought back online. I'm not saying that this is the case, as I simply don't know and neither do you.
I understand that you are frustrated, but I need to set a firm boundary regarding your tone. Calling GPORTAL and its support staff 'pathetic' and 'unreliable' is a violation of our community's conduct policy and that will not be accepted.
