I would like to provide an update. I was finally able to get a backup VIA the manual backup, however, this seemed to be a luck of the draw situation as I did not do anything differently this time around

My daily backups as well as manual backups seem to be now working as intended. If a moderator could close this thread I would greatly appreciate it since my issue has been resolved! @jaunty stump Thanks for your time and help and I hope you have a great rest of your day
