Hello there,
I've just rented a server tried to start up my server via Gportal (already configured server settings at the status page. When I tried to restart the server it fails over and over (I'm also trying to transfer my local save to server via FileZilla yet can't do it without starting the server prior)

If you don't mind doing all settings again, you can try to delete the whole server from the gamecloud menu and choose a completely new one. Rinse and repeat until you have a new ip and port.
If that does not help, I'll ping the helpers in <@&1339551038574821387> and if they're taking to long to answer, you can also create a ticket with support.

Did exactly what Jester told me to do, deleted the old server and reconfigured a new one but still can't startup the server through server settings.
Getting the same pop-up notification that I shared on the 1st post.
Could you please help me out, related to why I can't start up the server on Gportal? Currently I'm out of ideas.
