So its been 24+ hours now since i opened the ticket with gportal. still unable to access the server I pay for either in game OR on the website. Anyone else having this issue too?

I was told this morning due to the public holiday there are delays but hope to have the servers back online tomorrow.

Yeah still can't access the server. I inquired about an update yesterday on the ticket they said they are still waiting on sysadmin to update them

resolved as of 1/9/2025. had to move to a different server + rollback save due to save corruption. working well now.
