Hi, it’s been 5 days that portal has problems with their equipment and unfortunately no one is able to tell what’s happening, but they continue making cash, no information is shared about the problem or its progress.
After they are like everyone else, they celebrate Christmas and the transition in 2026, and I therefore believe that no solution will be found before 2026

yea and then they replay in the ticket system so yyou need to login to read the answer i guess

To be honest, I don't know that. But, I cannot imagine they'd do that. I mean, you're telling them about not being able to login and then they reply to your login... I don't think so.

your right they send back a mail that you can read indeed.

but they tell me the issue is fixed and login should work again thats not the case (to bad)

Have you tried to delete all cache, browser history and cookies (or use a private tab instead) and closed all but one tab with gportal in it, yet?
