i can't play anymore with my friends on our server

we changed one option on the server setting

"max pals in 1 base" 15->30

since

all our construction dissapeared

and server crash every 2 minutes

There is an option on the left in the webinterface, should be looking like this:

But since you don't know, I guess you've never been there.

In that case you don't have any.

It'd be best to contact tech support and ask them if they see an earlier savegame that works and maybe they can repair the damage.
