i made server rental and i go to play online and i cant find my server to play on.. help please how to get it to show up>?

i do not see my server.. the payment went thru it shows me a admin page after i bought server.. but when i go online to play i do not see my server listed to join...

iv been looking at the admin page it says it is on as far as i can tell
yes im on steam.. i saw button to restart server i did that it says im online but when i go to play online on the game it does not show my server
and iv looked under all regions also
i even tried a direct connect using the ip[ addy and port but that doesnt work either
i am not a very experienced person with all of this stuff so please bear with me
my son and a friend or two of his wanna join me to play so i grabbed a server so we could play with the mods i want to use and not have to use others

heya im back i found out some info
somehow it put my server on the PVP mode..
i do not want it on pvp
also i need to be able to get my mods to work on my server.. but first to change it to pve mode please
