Server no connecting

Hello,

I'm contacting you to get some answers regarding a major server crash. connect and get stuck at 100%.
Can you help me, because this kind of problem is driving players away from my server in the long run?

same here since gportal server went down around 12:00utc
(got it on 5 servers)

What have you already tried? Please delete shadercash on the server and on the clients. Also delete any old, unnecessary log files. Then take the server offline on the Gportal website and then back online. If that doesn't work, you can verify the game files on the Gportal website. If nothing else works, please open a support ticket. P.S. We are a community and do not work for Gportal. Therefore, we have no access to server or account data.

support is already working on 1 of my servers but they dont have a clue atm as well

after emptying the shaders folder of the server (with ftp) its not adding new shader files anymore on the server

I found a solution that disabling any animal mods lets me load, i assume because they uploaded DLC to server side the Animal mods are getting confused with the Highland Cows

to bad i can not even get on the save with all mods off.

• new save with current mods work
• current save with mods local dedicated hosted works as well

I had to pull save into single player to sell my animals and delete the fenceless pastures i had then put save back on and it worked, hopefully this sorts itself with tomorrows update but i feel Giants could have left this back end update until just before launch.

This worked for my server. Sold all the animals and I can load in.

had the same issue but only had to sell any chickens and roosters on the farms then re-upload it to the main server again.

Yes or open the placeables.xml and remove any Animals by removing all blocks that look like this:

due to the animal changes from the patch most animals seem to be bugged

rolling back the server to 1.4.0.0 does fix it as well only you can not use the new dlc

but your client does not have to downgrade only the server

i can down grade the server on gportal to all versions i want so my servers are now running 1.4.0.0
