Hello there me and a friend of mine are currently having issues he is adding my gportal name to his server but im still not getting access to it the server wont show up for me wr have tried this serveral times and its been left over night and still nothing. I was hoping yous could help me out.

Still, we cannot help you any further than support can. They can look into the servers back end, we don't. If you have tried and cannot manage, you have to tell them again. There is nothing we can do from here. Sorry 🥴
