I just got an abiotic factor server on g-portal and once we've been connected to it for about 5-10 minutes it kicks everyone off, when trying to connect again it gives an error that the server is outdated. When refreshing g-portal it gives a new code and allows us to continue playing, but its very disruptive... anyone seen this?

The problem isnt necesarilly the code. I think ive found that the server was just rebooting periodically. We'd lose a little bit of progress when it kicked us off... havent tried today though.

Hello @polar remnant I would then submit a ticket to support because if its doing that it may need to be looked at or moved. Simple give them all the details possible so they can try to figure it out. We dont have backend access on the forums for that deep a technical support.

How often is the save happening can you look at the settings and see?
that could be the loosing progress issue but I also have an abiotic server but i dont get kicked from it very often let me go look at how i have mine set
@polar remnant how often does the disconnect happen?
guess it doesnt have the option to set how long before the next save ugh.. but if it disconnects just one time a day it may be your scheduled restart that is happening can you try to set a time of the day for the daily restart?
Well see if that helps if it doesnt just make sure to update your ticket AFTER they reply to you so you dont go back to the end of the line of tickets.

It appears that the host was bad, they moved me to a new IP and the server has since been stable 🙂
