A couple questions & reports

Your guys gportal antihate speech inst good, I constantly have to retype because of it. But I have some problems and questions I need to ask and get answers for

1. The water used to disable once it is past 500, Doesn't anymore
2. There is a issue when you go into spectator while handcuffed will cause a perma softlock till server wipe
3. There being lots of servers lag, Constantly having to restart server. I have 30+ timed Restarts happening daily to deal with it

Questions:

1. Any way of executing commands as the player, example: Jim[USER] command:clearinventory ect.
2. Is there a way of fixing the water problem?

For the run command as a player it is not possible.
You can suggest d11 add this in the official discord.
As for the others they sound like bugs which you should report again in the rce discord
