What I would recommend is to delete your server and stop the subscription
If you bought it yesterday.... Or not long ago maybe ask gportal support if they can refund it.
Then go on your laptop try to sign in with your account preferably a Google account.
Purchase a new rust server for PS4 it is the exact same as the Xbox servers however your quality of life as a server owner will be soooooo much better
This means to change server settings and do any thing to your server you must go on to the gportal website

I've seen a lot of Xbox servers have this issue the last two days, so far I have not been able to solve it. I would recommend getting a refund from Microsoft and then renting a PlayStation server

It's a little tricky with Microsoft, I'd recommand going to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/virtualagent and to tell the AI "Talk to Human" then select I don't recognize a charge, the moment you are in a chat with the agent just tell them you want a refund for your Xbox subscription they will transfer you to the correct department. It's a little work around.

Set up works exactly the same as the Xbox one. When it comes to issues however we can always delete the PlayStation servers and add them back as community helpers. It works a little bit easier than Microsoft servers
