Rust Server Not working PS5

Hello,

I bought a rust server over 3 hours ago. I have had support tickets to try to help but it still isn’t working. I was wondering If it’s possible to get working or if i need to just apply for a refund/dispute the charges.

I’ve tried restarting the server multiple times, I’ve tried turning it off and on multiple times. I made myself Admin and owner.

When i open PS5 Console rust and search for the name of it, nothing pops up. None of my friends can find it either.

All My friends and brother don’t even want to play anymore because it’s taken so long (over 3 hours now). I’m just trying to see if I can get it to work or not.

Any help would be much appreciated before i just cancel my credit card i put it on.

resolved. got refunded. wasted 3 hours of my night. appreciate it.

plan to buy again when i have patience to spend 8 hours to get a server setup to run.

Goodluck. I got victim blamed by support. “All Rust players know this.”

all I did was buy a server and luckily they refunded me and tried to help. But spent like 3 and half hours of the server not working while they said it did.

I wish they could just setup the server for me. i’d pay extra for that. $20 is nothing. but it’s frustrating when time gets wasted on a sunday

Hi Blake, when the server doesn’t show up in the server list are you, try changing the name of the server sometimes the games restricts some names if that doesn’t work I’ll try looking for info for you.

W advice. appreciate it. will buy a server again in like two weeks and try again, don’t have the patience/time to get it setup anytime soon.
