Hey, most of the time we are aware of this and restart it on our side. Does the issue still exist?

Yeah i opened a ticket at the support site. got a quick answer from the guys that they are aware of it and fixing it. few hours later the server was up again. thanks for your reply. i also got great help from Sinsalie. i have to say after all a great expirience. Sinsalie was quick, the gportal support was qick and now you. thank you all.
